Which model iPad do I have?
At least twice a day we go to a customer who has booked the wrong iPad model, so if you are not sure you can check the below:
On the back of each iPad there is a code like MODEL A1234
It's in pretty small writing but you should be able to read it, if not quite often you can also find this code in Settings - General - About then find your model below:
